These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website and renting vehicles from Allied Car Rental. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle, you must:
- Hold a valid driving license
- Meet the minimum age required by law
- Provide valid identification
- Provide correct contact details
We refuse service if requirements are not met.
2. Booking and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Prices shown at booking time apply to your rental.
- You must provide accurate information when booking.
- We cancel bookings with false or incomplete details.
3. Payments
- Payment must be made as agreed at booking or pickup.
- Security deposits be required.
Additional charges apply for:
- Late return
- Fuel shortage
- Damage or fines
- Extra services requested
All charges must be cleared before closing the rental.
4. Vehicle Use
You agree to:
- Drive safely and follow traffic laws
- Use the vehicle only for lawful purposes
- Do not allow unauthorized drivers
- Do not use the vehicle for racing, towing, or off-road driving unless approved
You are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period.
5. Vehicle Condition
- The vehicle is provided in good working condition.
- You must check the vehicle at pickup and report any issues.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition (normal wear accepted).
6. Insurance and Liability
- Basic insurance be included as required by law.
- You be responsible for excess charges in case of damage or loss.
- You are responsible for traffic fines, penalties, or violations during the rental period.
7. Rental Period and Return
- Vehicles must be returned on time and at the agreed location.
- Late returns result in extra charges.
- If you need an extension, contact us before the return time.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation policies depend on the booking terms.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
- No-shows be charged.
- For any refund, 10% of the total paid amount will be deducted as processing fees before issuing the refund.
9. Website Use
When using our website, you agree:
- Not to misuse or attempt to harm the website
- Not to provide false information
- Not to copy or reuse website content without permission
