Refund Policy

• We accept refunds for customers who return vehicles/services 24 hours earlier than the scheduled booking. In such cases, a 1-day standard tariff rate will be charged for the rental services, and the balance amount will be processed within 10-15 working days (subject to potential delays depending on the issuer). However, for chauffeur services, a full 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
• Customers who wish to extend their booking must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they require the vehicle for a longer period. Failure to provide such notice, and in cases where the vehicle is returned after the rental expiry time (with a two-hour grace period provided), a surcharge equal to half a day's rental will be added for the next four hours, and a full day's rental will be charged thereafter.

Cancellation Policy

• For bookings made at least 48 hours in advance, you can cancel the booking within 24 hours to receive a full refund. If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours of booking, rental charges for one day will be accounted for, and the remaining amount will be refunded. The refund amount will be processed within 10-15 working days (subject to potential delays depending on the issuer).
• A booking confirmation number is required for modification and cancellation requests.
